Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI, Wallets, Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

4. Prescription & Lenses
When ordering prescription lenses you must provide an accurate prescription. Optical360 is not responsible for errors from incorrect or outdated prescriptions. We recommend an eye test before ordering lenses.

5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. Specific terms are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery for returns. Custom-made lenses and contact lenses may be non-returnable except for defects — see our Refund Policy or contact support.

7. Warranty
Frames and lenses carry the manufacturer’s warranty or our in-store warranty (typically 1 year for fittings/manufacturing defects) unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Optical360. You may not reproduce without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optical360 is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of the site or products.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
